NOAA has issued Winter Weather Advisories for Southern Washington and Northern Oregon through tonight.

Cooler temperatures are hitting the PNW, which will increase the amount of precipitation that falls in the form of snow.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS... Another system will bring additional 6 to 11 inches from Monday morning through Monday evening.

Cascades of Pierce and Lewis Counties-

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST MONDAY...

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 to 2 more inches may fall through around
  midnight with a break expected later tonight. Another system
  will bring additional 6 to 11 inches from Monday morning through
  Monday evening.

* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...The volcanoes will receive the highest
  amounts. Less but still significant snow will fall in the
  highway passes.

* TIMING...Snow will taper off after midnight with some break in
  snowfall later tonight. Another round of snow will develop Monday
  morning and become heavy at times Monday afternoon and evening.

* MAIN IMPACT...Travel will be affected including all passes.
