Mt. Baker Press Release:

Thursday morning update: A combo of high winds and rain has forced us to shut down the ski area for today. Mt. Baker will RE-OPEN TOMORROW, Friday Feb. 17th for normal mid-week operation. The GOOD NEWS is both NWAC and NOAA are calling for SNOWFALL STARTING TONIGHT with snow levels down around 2500 -3000 feet! So we should see some fresh snow for Friday morning, then possibly some clearing later in the day. Snow levels should continue to drop below 2500 feet and remain low through Monday with snowfall off and on through the holiday weekend. Stay tuned with updates at our snow report: http://www.mtbaker.us/snow-report
