NOAA: Up to 6″ of Snow for Wyoming This Weekend

NOAA is forecasting 3-6 inches of new snow for Wyoming’s western mountains, including Jackson Hole today.  

Grand Targhee ski resort opens on November 22nd.  Jackson Hole ski resort opens on November 27th.  SnowBrians.com will have weekly snow conditions reports from each of these ski resort all winter long.

NOAA Wyoming:

Warm and breezy conditions will continue for today. A few isolated showers will also be possible across the northwest. Warm and mainly dry conditions are then expected through the day Saturday. Saturday night into Sunday, a cold front will push across the region bringing colder temperatures and chances for rain and snow. At this time 2 to 6 inches will be possible across the western mountains, with 1 to 2 inches possible across the western valleys by Monday morning.

AND ADJACENT CODY FOOTHILLS THIS MORNING...AS WELL AS IN THE WIND
CORRIDOR FROM SOUTHEAST FREMONT COUNTY TO NEAR CASPER LATER THIS
AFTERNOON.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

SATURDAY...BREEZY TO WINDY AND UNSEASONABLY WARM CONDITIONS WILL
ELEVATE THE FIRE DANGER ACROSS SOUTH AND CENTRAL WYOMING.

SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT...A COLD FRONT WILL BRING ACCUMULATING SNOW
INTO THE NORTHWEST MOUNTAINS...INCLUDING THE TETON AND TOGWOTEE PASS
AREAS. 2 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW POSSIBLE IN THE MOUNTAINS...1 TO 2
INCHES OF SNOW POSSIBLE IN THE WESTERN VALLEYS.

MONDAY...COLDER WITH SCATTERED RAIN SHOWERS WITH SNOW IN THE
MOUNTAINS.
