Colorado is having a great snow year and a really great snow spring.

Colorado is currently sporting a 124% of average snowpack to date statewide. 

Colorado is currently sporting 112% of average reservoir storage to date statewide.

“Abundant late season snowfall has caused Colorado mountain snowpack to rise above normal for this date. We have been adding snow when we typically see more snowmelt.” – NOAA Denver, CO today

Arapahoe Basin ski resort is the only ski resort still open in Colorado, they just got 11″ of snow and re-opened a bunch of terrain and they’ll be open until June 5th or longer…

The rest of the USA isn’t doing as hot as CO.  Only CO and NV are above average in the snowpack category right now.
