NOAA Graphic: Who’s Gotten the Most Snow & Rain This Strong El Nino Winter in the USA

The above map shows us exactly where the precipitation has fallen this Strong El Nino winter.  As far as ski country goes, it looks like the West Coast is taking the win CA, OR, and WA lit up with big precipitation numbers so far this winter.  Idaho is looking pretty good as well.
