  1. CPC will be wrong for years to come now that we are back into a cold phase unless they learn to use climatology based on the last 30 year cold phase instead of the last 30 years which were years of the warm phase. These phases are like the change of seasons and on average, change about every 30 years. The start of the new 30 year cold phase started in March of this year after the PDO had gone negative a couple years before. This means 90% of winters will be cold unlike 90% of mild winters from 30 years before. It also will be proven in pictures when the Arctic grows well outside of 79 levels. The growing season will be shorter, winters will last longer without many warm-ups and summer will continue to be hot yet shorter. In about 30 years, things will reverse once again so for now, get ready for winters much like the 1960s and 70s with some like the 50s. This looks to be a cold phase more like a 1960s pattern and hurricanes will tend to track in the pattern from that decade as well as the years move on.

It’s really rather sad how CPC bought into the global warming because young minds have been brainwashed and all the computer data will be wrong thus; they will be wrong on all forecasts long term from now on unless they make changes. This winter ahead will be extremely cold so CPC already has it wrong. Heavy snows down in Atlanta as well. A freeze in Miami.

    1. Mark … you are absolutely on target. The CPC ignores too many factors, and are not going to be right. There will be egg on their faces.
