  1. I live south of Pittsburgh, PA and I would love to see a big snow storm this winter. At least one! I haven’t seen a big snow storm in years. I used to live in upstate NY in the Catskills about 10 miles west of the town of Catskill and I can remember always having big snow storms. I haven’t seen winters like that in south western Pennsylvania yet!

  2. I live in NE PA, the Poconos. And I absolutely love a big snow storm with moderate Temps 32° and lots of snow! 12 inches or more! So pretty! Wish we would get a white xmas, Always seems to come end of season.
    Enjoy& be safe ☆

    1. Thanks for the message Mike. We don’t make forecasts ourselves. Feel free to write to accuweather and ask. Thanks.

  3. Sure wish the “heavy snow” was a little further north. People in S NY and PA don’t seem to appreciate a good snowstorm like people in the Adirondacks and Northern NY. I guess it is because in the winter we don’t have a lot to talk about except the weather….But, I have to say there is nothing more beautiful than a good covering of snow and the silence it seems to bring! We’ll keep our fingers crossed….
