Alpine Meadow’s website is officially no more.  It was SkiAlpine.com.  SkiAlpine.com now redirects you to the new website called SquawAlpine.com that encompasses both ski resort.  There aren’t any photos of Alpine on the homepage just yet.  It’s quite Squaw for the time being.

In 2011, Squaw Valley’s new owners, KSL, bought Alpine Meadows.  Since then, KSL has been doing what it can to make the two mountains one.  Hopefully, they’ll connect one day via White Wolf.

The new Squaw logo will likely represent both mountains from now on.

In the meantime, KSL is doing what Whistler-Blackcomb did with it’s two mountains:  making them one.

Until the interconnect between Alpine and Squaw happens, the two resorts are still physically, very separate.

It will always be Alpine Meadows to me. Hopefully, we get snow this year and nobody will notice…
