On my first run of the day today, I ran into Surfer Steve.  I hadn’t seen him in years as we’ve both been away from Squaw a lot lately.

The guy still looks great, is still stoked, and still really charges hard.

We skied KT, Headwall, Granite, and Shirley and the guy never stopped smiling.  Stories on top of stories and we all ate it up.

Skiing with Surfer was highlight of the season for sure.

Everything skied well as it was 60ºF, sunny, and slushy.  West side of KT, Granite groomer, and Headwall Face skied best today.

The lifties said that KT-22 is day to day…  Most of them thought Wednesday at the latest.  We hope they’re wrong.  KT is skiing great.
