What an amazing start into the weekend! 30 cm of fresh white goodies fell on Friday during the day. This made the Arlberg sparkle in the sun all day – perfect freeride conditions. The Arlberg being the largest ski area in Austria boasts ridiculous amounts of terrain right out of the nearly 100 lifts.

There is a good enough snow coverage to allow a great deal of super long runs – short hikes access huge lines. With a little bit of local knowledge untracked pow can be found all weekend.

We started the day in St.Anton riding south facing pow and then moved over to Stuben finding great sheltered north facing lines. Later in Zürs/Lech west and east facing slopes were skiing awesome as well. Only in the afternoon south facing areas where getting a bit sun effected but still great fun.
