Stephen and Daniel Michalchuk were out riding on Rogers Pass, B.C. on February 14th, 2016 when an avalanche was triggered that swept both of them down the mountain. Thankfully, both men were only partially buried by the slide and they both walked away from the incident. The ski conditions were amazing, but the high volume of snow on such steep terrain lead to an increased risk of an avalanche. It was a scary situation, we are just thankful that it worked out the way it did.
