VIDEO: Urban Snowboarding in Seattle

Sergei Poljak |

Seattle isn’t known for it’s skiing, but February 6th turned out to be a powder day. That’s why they call it the Seattle Freeze right? Luckily at least one snowboarder got out at 6 a.m. and showed us what we missed. At the resort you’ve got to get to the powder before it’s tracked, but in Seattle it’s early ups or no ups as the snow was melted off by noon. Still, there were some magical moments there…and making a few turns, grabbing a sick Pretty Lights track, and throwing together a video is probably one of the coolest things anyone did in Seattle on Feb. 6th.
