25-50cms (10-20″), high winds, and low snow levels are forecast for Australia early next week.

The storm is forecast to arrive on Tuesday and last through Wednesday.

Winds as high as 85kph (53mph) are forecast on Tuesday.

The state of Victoria is forecast to see the most snow.

Cold will stay around after the storm, which will allow for solid snowmaking.

  • Falls Creek:  20-65cms of snow
  • Thredbo:  20-50cms of snow
  • Perisher:  10-32cms of snow
  • Hotham:  20-60cms of snow
