NOAA has issued a Winter Storm Warming for Northern Utah. This warning lasts through Thursday afternoon and the storm is expected to drop 20-30+” of snow on the area.

Alta Ski Area has received 10″ of snow since yesterday at 4:00pm. There’s plenty more in the forecast.

Northern Utah Forecast:

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...20 TO 30 INCHES WITH LOCALLY GREATER AMOUNTS.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND CONTINUE...HEAVY ATTIMES... INTO THURSDAY.
