This video is of Valle Hermosa, a backcountry area easily reached via the lifts at Las Lenas ski resort, Argentina. There is a hut out here and this is one of the most beautiful ski destinations on Earth. Argentina is an absolutely incredible place to ski and ride.

We recommend flying into Santiago de Chile (cheaper/easier than Buenos Aires, Argentina), then flying or busing over to Las Lenas or down to Bariloche. Both of these destinations are immaculate.
- Bariloche is the most beautiful place on Earth, has the largest ski resort in South America, has an bustling city with 150,00 people, and a ton of great Argentine culture.
- Las Lenas has the best ski resort in the Southern Hemisphere (when they have a good year and the top chair -Marte – is consistently open). No culture or city at Lenas, though – it’s a very isolated ski area. The backcountry access here is extremely easy and fun.
