30+ Inches of New Snow in the High Alps

2 French ski areas, Tignes and Val Thorens, are reporting over 30″ of new snowfall as of Wednesday, November 6th.  Many other resorts are also reporting up to 2 feet of fresh snowfall across the Alps this week, with more on the way through the following week.

Val Thorens, France has a projected opening date of November 23rd for the 2019-2020 season. 

Tignes, France expects to open on November 30th.
