We lost some big ski resorts last weekend and we had one ski resort saved by a big snowstorm.

Mammoth was scheduled to close yesterday but an 18-inch dump of snow extended their season indefinitely.  They’ll certainly make it to May 17th and maybe longer.  Mammoth might actually get more snow this week which could extend their season even longer.

Mt. Bachelor, Snowbird, Lake Louise, and more all closed their doors for the season yesterday.

California, Oregon, Colorado, Vermont, and Canada are still in the game.  Let’s all get out there and get after it while we still can.

Ah, Springtime…  Park, pipe, shorts, bikinis, hot tubs, hot springs, ice cream, beer, beer guts, sunglasses, stinky sunscreen, hot dogs, ball caps, sunburns, costumes, and deep powder.
