A winter weather advisory was in place in Colorado last night. The forecast was for 3-7” inches.
Loveland ski resort picked up 9” of new snow last night while Arapahoe Basin picked up 5”. This is sweet as both of these ski resorts are open daily right now. It’s tough to imagine powder skiing/riding at a ski resort on October 18th, but that’s exactly what’s happening in Colorado today.
Yeah, it’s a pow day in Colorado even for us lazy people who need lifts to ride. Ski resort season is officially here to stay with 4 ski resorts open in the USA this weekend.
