Aerial Footage of Squaw Valley Yesterday After 68″ of New Snow

SnowBrains |

Squaw Valley ski resort in California got 68 inches of snow in the past week.  It came in hard at the end with about 54″ inches in 48 hours.  The mountain has been completely transformed.

Before this storm cycle last week, people were delegated to a few strips of snow.  Now, the entire mountain is buried in mid-winter level snow.  This snow was wet and heavy making it the perfect base for what could now be a fun winter.

This footage really shows just how buried the place is.  Long live California.

We received 5 1/2 feet of snow over the weekend!!! Check out the views from the air.

Get stoked silently. Whether you’re at your office, studying in the library or attending your nephew’s birthday party. We’ll deliver 15 seconds of awesomeness with no volume required, all for your viewing pleasure. – Squaw Valley
