Alterra Mountain Company announced today that Linnea Hansen has been named the new President & COO of Washington’s Crystal Mountain, effective immediately, and will report to Regional Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President Mountain Division – Western, Ron Cohen. Linnea will be responsible for overseeing all operations, enhancing the employee and guest experience, continuing to build and strengthen community relationships, and driving the destination’s profitability.

With more than two decades of leadership experience across hospitality, consumer brands, global marketing, and operations, Linnea Hansen brings a well-rounded perspective and a proven ability to guide organizations through growth and change, all while maintaining a strong focus on the guest and employee experience. At Crystal Mountain, as Vice President, Marketing & Sales, she has been a key member of the Senior Leadership team, increasing focus on building community engagement and relationships, prioritizing the consumer and guest experience, strengthening employee engagement, and guiding cross-functional projects across the destination’s many operations and functions.
