American male alpine skier Ryan Cochran-Siegle just won a FIS Alpine World Cup Tour Super-G event!  First American man to do so since Bode Miller in 2006.

The last time an American male won a super-G was Ted Ligety at World Champs in Schladming, Austria…but the last time an American male won a FIS Alpine World Cup Tour super-G was Bode Miller at Hinterstoder, Austria on Dec. 20, 2006.
Well, folks,Ryan Cochran-Siegle just changed that, as he grabbed his career-first World Cup victory today at Bormio FIS Alpine Ski World Cup.
