So, the class was designed to address the places you might feel stiff, sore, or uncomfortable after a day on the slopes.
This class is slow and gentle but includes deep stretches for the feet and legs with a variety of lunges. This yoga class also includes some shoulder stretches and chest openers.
As with all of my sports-related yoga classes, you will benefit from this class whether or not you have ever even been on skis!
