
DENVER, CO, February 19, 2026 – Winter is back across Ikon Pass country with storms dumping snow from coast to coast, and many destinations seeing feet of snow pile up over the past few days. More snow–and joy–is on the way, which means Ikon Pass holders can expect more powder-filled terrain to explore from the Sierra to the Rockies to the East and Canada. Time to start thinking about using your Ikon Pass for hooky days, powder weekends, and sunny spring breaks in the snow.
SNOW TOTALS
❄️ Palisades Tahoe, California – It’s a full-on winter reset with 94 inches of new snow in the past 72 hours. It hasn’t stopped snowing, completely transforming the mountain and setting the stage for incredible powder skiing and riding. And this storm isn’t done yet, another one to two feet is expected before it tapers off. Photos
❄️ Mammoth Mountain, California – The latest Sierra Nevada storm has delivered over 3 ft in the last 48 hours, bringing the storm total to a massive 75 inches (6+ft), with even more expected this week.
❄️ Big Bear Mountain Resort, California – Over three feet of snow and counting, with more snow expected through Friday. That means a lot of freshies across Snow Valley, Snow Summit and Bear Mountain.
❄️ Solitude Mountain Resort, Utah – Utah is Utah-ing again and the greatest snow on earth is back with 40 inches in the last 3 days at Utah’s only unlimited Ikon Pass destination. ❄️ Deer Valley Resort, Utah – The resort has seen over 26 inches in the past 3 days, covering Deer Valley’s 100 news runs that debuted this season. Photos
❄️ Schweitzer, Idaho – Up north saw 25 inches in the past 3 days, totaling nearly 3 feet of snow received within the past week – the biggest totals for Idaho this winter. Photos
❄️ Blue Mountain Resort, Ontario – Blue has a season total of 54 inches of natural snowfall so far this winter, with recent storms adding to solid snow depths of up to 40 inches. Photos
❄️ Tremblant, Québec – In Québec, nearly a foot of fresh neige fell within the past week for a season total of 162 inches (13.5 ft), already besting Tremblant’s average annual snowfall totals. Photos
❄️ Sugarbush, Vermont – Two feet of snow in February so far, with 100% terrain open most days since the start of January with excellent conditions for skiing and riding. Photos
❄️ Crystal Mountain, Washington – This PNW favorite saw 14 inches of fresh snow within the past week, adding to the 6 inches received the previous week. Ikon Pass holders are looking at fantastic mid-season conditions with fun powder pockets galore.
❄️ Steamboat, Colorado – The Boat has been treated to 13 inches of snow in the past 48 hours, plenty of Champagne Powder to enjoy across the resort’s 162 runs.
❄️ Winter Park, Colorado – Mary Jane is still celebrating her 50th birthday with 11 inches of new snow received within the past week. Photos.
❄️ Arapahoe Basin, Colorado – The Basin saw 5 inches in 24 hours, allowing 13% more terrain to open across skier and rider favorites including Pallavicinii, The Front Side, and in The Beavers.
❄️ CMH Heli-Skiing, British Columbia – All eleven lodges saw fresh snow this week, with the Bobbie Burns, Adamants and Kootenay topping the charts with 24 inches of fresh Canadian POW! Video.
❄️ Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing, British Columbia – The last 7 days have seen 15 inches of pristine powder blanket the Cariboo, Monashee and Rocky Mountain ranges – 38 inches total in the last 2 weeks.
All told, the latest storm cycle has delivered a much-needed midwinter reset across much of North America, turning thin bases into deep powder fields and reopening terrain that had been off-limits just weeks ago. With more snow still in the forecast in many regions, the momentum suggests a strong late-season stretch ahead. Winter can change fast, and sometimes all it takes is a few big storms to bring a season roaring back to life.
