Copper Mountain, CO Conditions Report: Spring in the Sky, Cold on the Snow Yesterday Copper saw spring sun with a cold midwinter snowpack. Last weekend we finally got some snow after a long, warm stretch. The mountain got a much-needed refresher. Temps quickly warmed up and the sun came out to play. Copper Mountain, CO Conditions Report: Cold, Blower, Only Getting Better Copper reported 7″ of fresh this morning, and 9″ by the end of the day. In places it skied like a lot more than that. It dumped early, easing up in the afternoon, and light was flat. Temps started around 10ºF and fell towards a bitter 1ºF. The cold storm meant blower conditions.
