Recent heavy snowfall and extreme winds are teaming up to create dangerous snow conditions in New Hampshire. 24″ of snow recently fell near Tuckerman Ravine along with 70-100 mph winds that will hit the area today. These factors have the ability to create trigger avalanches that may run out into flat terrain. The Avalanche Warning is in effect until Midnight Monday. Stay off backcountry terrain in the area and out from under any avalanche-prone terrain.
