Cerro Catedral ski resort in Bariloche, Argentina finally got open this yesterday and the conditions look pretty damn good.

Only the Punta Nevada, Militaries, and La Hoya chairs are open, but you can hike Nubes (backcountry etiquette, please) and it looks like they have a solid amount of snow up high.

More snow is in the forecast and the future is looking bright for Bariloche.
