Today was a fun one at Cerro Catedral ski resort in Bariloche, Argentina. The skiing was solid and the views were outstanding.
It snow a few inches last night and blew like crazy. The wind deposited the snow up to about 6″ deep up high turning today into a fun game of powder patch hunting. There were certainly icy spots lower down and you didn’t wanna build up too much speed anywhere, but it was a damn fun day.

No one out today. Nubes chair was closed until about 1pm which made for some great hike-to powder. We ripped a few laps off Punta Nevada before hiking Nubes 4 times before the Nubes chair opened up. Lines weren’t bad at Nubes and we cranked Nubes laps until 3pm.
A great day.

I heard La Laguna was fun with about the same conditions as Nubes.
The views were spectacular today. The light was surreal all day.

It stayed cold today with pretty strong winds all day. Tomorrow should be fun.
The forecast looks good for next week week.
