Jesus Christ, Sue wants to socioeconomically segregate mountain towns instead of considering that local teenagers have discovered tagging.
You only have yourselves to blame. You know all these programs to bring intercity, under privileged youth up to the mountains. Giving them free skis & snowboards so they can experience the freedom of sliding on snow. Well, they also brings their city habits with them. Drugs, guns, crime & you guessed it. Graffiti. Time to think about what is really happening and stop it.
