Breckenridge, CO Police Department Seeking Help Identifying Snowboards Thief

On Monday, April 5, and Thursday, April 22, 2021, there were three snowboard thefts from Grand Colorado at 1627 Ski Hill Road on Peak 8 in Breckenridge. Two snowboards were taken from a ski locker inside the building and one from outside the building on two different dates.

The suspect was identified to be the same person determined by using video footage from both incidents. The video footage also shows the suspect wearing the same clothing and stealing the snowboards from the same area each time.

The snowboards that were stolen are described as:

  • 2021 Capita brand snowboard. The snowboard has a blue face with a woman with a sword on it. It also says Capita on the back and has black Rome bindings.
  • 2019/2020 Libtech Travis Rice Orca brand. 156” length. Black, white with an Orca on the bottom with an orca spot. No scratches or stickers on board.
    • Bindings – Brown/plaid Burton cartel bindings
  • Unknown-stolen from ski racks outside the property.
