The Cali Pass is now on sale, offering skiers and snowboarders early-bird pricing for the 2026-27 season and, for the first time, a dedicated pass tier for college students.

Early-bird prices are available through April 30. Buyers who purchase now can begin riding immediately this spring at Bear Valley, Dodge Ridge, China Peak, and Mountain High.

The 2026-27 Cali Pass provides access to 18 winter resorts, including six in California, encompassing more than 35,000 vertical feet and 21,000 skiable acres across the American West. The pass also includes discount buddy tickets of up to 50% off (one per day, limit 10), 10% off non-alcoholic food and beverage purchases, 10% off non-sale retail items, and 30% off weekday lodging at China Peak and Bear Valley on Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays.

The headline addition for the upcoming season is the College Cali Pass, designed for students ages 18 to 25 currently enrolled in school. The pricing structure rewards group purchases: a single pass runs $399, dropping to $349 each for two buyers, $299 each for three, and $249 each for groups of four to 10. Students need only a $50 deposit to start riding this spring, with purchases not finalized until October 31, giving students the summer to recruit a crew before committing.

Bear Valley, Dodge Ridge, Mountain High, and China Peak offer a genuine skiing experience outside the major pass ecosystem. One that, for many, has become harder to find. Two owners each operate two of the resorts, bringing deep skiing backgrounds and a rich history in the ski industry, with a dedication to preserving the culture while welcoming in the next generation of skiers and riders. Though these mountains are smaller than some of their mega-resort counterparts, they deliver big snow, strong vertical, and expansive acreage.

The College Cali Pass arrives at a moment when the cost of skiing has become a genuine barrier to entry for younger riders. Season passes at major resorts routinely run $600 to $900 or more, making the $249 floor for group-priced college passes a meaningful departure from the market norm.
