Charlotte Pass Snow Resort, Australia Is Extending Their Season | Best Snow Conditions In 10+ Years

Charlotte Pass Snow Resort in Australia announced that they are extending their season one week. Their original closing date was Sunday, September 17th, but now they will remain open until Sunday, September 24th. The resort received more than 2 meters of snow in August and over 1.4 meters has already fallen in the first 8 days of September. This season is one for the books in Australia.

CHARLOTTE PASS IS EXTENDING

With the best snow conditions in over ten years, we are extending our season!

We were officially due to conclude the 2017 snow season on Sunday 17th September but will now continue until Sunday 24th September.

Our General Manager, Lachlan Maclean, said “the conditions at Charlotte Pass are just unbelievable. This is the best September skiing in years!”

More than two metres of snow fell during August and now there has been over 1.4 metres of fresh snow so far in September.

It’s as good as it gets, with conditions at the resort superb! It’s certainly the time to experience the adventure that is Charlotte Pass.

All lifts are operating at present with 100% of terrain open.
