Ischgl, Austria, just announced that global superstar Christina Aguilera will take the stage at the “Top of the Mountain Closing Concert” on May 2, 2026. The internationally renowned singer—known for top hits like “Genie in a Bottle,” “Dirrty,” and “Moves Like Jagger”—will perform at Idalp, bringing her unmistakable energy and vocal brilliance to one of the Alps’ most iconic music events.
The annual concert marks the culmination of Ischgl’s 2025–26 ski season, transforming the resort into an open-air stage 2,300 meters (7,500 feet) above sea level. Aguilera’s performance promises to deliver a high-octane mix of pop, soul, and dance music set against the dramatic Silvretta mountain backdrop.

For decades, Ischgl’s “Top of the Mountain” concerts have drawn huge crowds, with past performers including Elton John, Rihanna, Lenny Kravitz, and The Black Eyed Peas. The 2026 edition looks to continue that legacy, fusing world-class entertainment with the resort’s signature Spring Blanc celebration—a festival series that combines skiing, gastronomy, and culture throughout the late-season period.
Visitors can ski pristine spring snow in the morning, then join thousands of fellow music lovers for the concert at Idalp from 1:00 p.m., with lifts operating from 8:30 a.m. The event is expected to wrap up around 5:00 p.m., followed by après-ski parties across the village.

Ischgl is located in the southwest of Austria, right on the border to Switzerland. In fact, the resort can also be reached from the village Samnaun, Switzerland, with a double decker gondola that connects the two resorts into a big cross-border ski resort. The famous ‘Smugglers Run’ leads back from Austria to Switzerland. The Austrian-Swiss resort stretches across 150 miles (239km) of runs and is serviced by 45 lifts and cable cars. It has one of the world’s most modern lift infrastructures and sees around 2 million visitors each yer, making it one of the most frequented resorts in the world.
