Club Med has recently been in discussions with Mont Tramblant, QC and the Brivia Group to develop a second all-inclusive Club Med resort in Quebec. The first Club Med resort in Quebec opened in 2021 at the base of Le Massif de Charlevoix and has been a great success for the mountain. Mont Tremblant is looking to find similar success as it plans to incorporate the new resort into its L’Hymne-des-Trembles project.
L’Hymne-des-Trembles project is a proposed real estate development located at the base of the Versant Soleil side of the mountain. The project also includes a new fixed-grip quad chairlift servicing new terrain expansion in the future. This new terrain expansion will add 8 new trails to Tremblant bringing their trail count to 110 and expanding upon its already large 763 acre skiable footprint. The new beginner section of the resort will help shelter beginner skiers from the rest of the resort traffic making for a more enjoyable experience.

The new Club Med would feature 300 luxury rooms, complementing more than 500 residential units being developed by the Brivia Group. The project is expected to create nearly 300 jobs, with around half of those employees housed directly at the resort.

While the project has not yet received final approval, a tentative construction start date has been set for summer 2026, with an expected opening in December 2028.

This new Club Med resort would be just a 90-minute drive from Montreal-Trudeau International Airport—roughly the same travel time as the Charlevoix resort from Québec City’s Jean Lesage International Airport.
With more international flights accessible through Montreal’s airport and access to a significantly larger population center, there is strong reason to believe the Tremblant location could match—or even surpass—the success of Club Med Québec-Charlevoix.
