NOAA: Colorado to See Snow Accumulations Above 10,500-Feet Fri-Sun | Vail Pass and Copper Mountain Affected

The cold front and precipitation coming from the Pacific Northwest will hit Colorado this weekend, with higher elevations in for snow accumulations.

Vail Pass will see snow accumulation overnight into Saturday morning, and the highest parts of the Gore Range could see up to 3 inches. There is a very slight chance that 3-day accumulations could reach 8″.

Temperatures in Vail could drop as low as 35ºF overnight Friday night into Saturday morning, and on Vail Pass, they could reach 28ºF.
