We do the same thing! Except we fly right next to snowmobilers and charge our clients 900 bucks for what a snowmobile accessed on $5
I would just casually mention that I hiked for 15 minutes to get here, how much did they charge you?

i couldn’t agree more. those backcountry skiers should definitely not poach lines from those heli riders.
I’d be pissed if I had just slogged uphill for hours, but then again, its public land….pilot was most likely taking instructions from the guide…maybe they didn’t see the other skiers until the last minute. Who knows.
very poor form, indeed. i would be pretty frustrated with this situation.
