It’s official! Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort, CA, has announced that opening day is this Friday, November 11th. This is the earliest opening date in 20 years. Dodge Ridge usually opens mid-December.
The resort has seen 60″ of snow so far this winter, with 50″ in the previous 72 hours.ย
With the recent storm and accumulated snowfall, Dodge Ridge is planning a modified opening for the 22/23 season. Chairs 1,3,5 and the learning conveyor carpet will start turning at 9 am.
Mountain services will include Guest Services, Creekside Cafe, Boulder Bar, Sport Shop, and Private Lessons.
The resort will be open Fri-Sun this weekend and will continue to evaluate the mountain and snow conditions and make an assessment early next week. Be sure to check back for updates as they develop.
