The finished house will have four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an office suite, a media room, and a 44 ft heated lap pool. It will also feature a sauna, steam room, fitness center, and a total of 16 fireplaces, making the house feel even more like a luxury resort or spa.

Construction for the “Snowfall Residence” started in November last year by Utah firm Magleby Construction.

According to real estate agent Steve Jury of Keller Williams Park City, this is the “most expensive home ever listed for sale at Deer Valley” on the market in Utah. The house won’t be completed until 2023 or maybe even 2024, so you have time to save up!
