The National Weather Service has issued Winter Storm Warnings, Winter Storm Watches, and Winter Weather Advisories throughout the East Coast. Most of these are in effect from Tuesday Morning through Wednesday Night. A strong cold front is expected to accompany heavy precipitation, which will result in accumulating snowfall throughout the area.

* WHERE...Orleans, Lamoille, Eastern Franklin, Eastern
 Chittenden and Eastern Addison Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Tuesday to 7 PM EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 30 mph will cause
