Three more storms are forecast to march through California this week dropping more snow.  A mellow one Monday, a wetter one on Wednesday, and there is talk of an even wetter one on Saturday…  None are forecast to be strong, but they’ll all make us a bit snowier and keep that storm door open.

This is how it’s supposed to be!  2-4 storms a week, every week.  People are already skiing The Fingers at Squaw…  Life is good in CA

We like how NOAA is saying “no signs of any extended dry period anytime soon.”

“A couple of weather systems will be impacting Northern California next week. Neither system looks particularly wet, but perhaps most importantly there are no signs of an extended dry period anytime soon.” – NOAA Sacramento, CA today

Bryan Allegretto from OpenSnow is calling for:

  • 0″ on Mon
  • 2-8″ on Wednesday
  • 2-7″ on Thursday
  • 3-16″ on Saturday

  • Kirkwood = 222″
  • Squaw = 213″
  • Mammoth = 161″
