Grand Targhee Resort, WY is going all in on Learn To Ski & Ride Month, which is the month of January. The resort is offering up “Knowledge Is Powder” Off Trail Camps for those looking to enhance their off-piste skills. On top of that, Grand Targhee Resort has a special 1-2-3 Learn To Ski & Ride Program that allows novice skiers and riders to receive a FREE 2018/19 season pass after completing three lessons.

With 250″ of snow on the season and more snow in the forecast, there’s a good chance you’ll get to enjoy some POW turns before, during, or after your lesson. These deals are hot though, so you’ll want to hop on them before the month of January passes you by.

What better way to get into skiing or riding than taking 3 lessons and receiving a free 2018/19 season pass out of the deal. Grand Targhee’s 1-2-3 Learn To Ski & Ride Program is in full swing. The program enables novice skiers & riders to take 3 lessons. After the completion of those 3 lessons, every individual is awarded a 2018/19 season pass.

1-2-3 Learn To Ski & Ride Program Details:

  • Package must be purchased during the month of January
  • Must be a beginner skier or snowboarder who has never had a Grand Targhee Resort Season Pass
  • Must complete all three lessons to receive the season pass
  • Ages 6 and over
  • Cost: $399

Lessons are offered for adults and children, so don’t be shy. They’re offered from 10:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Adult lessons are at 10:00 am and 1:00pm. Children 6-14 are at 9:45am and 1:00pm.

With 500+” of annual snowfall on average, Grand Targhee Resort is the perfect place to take your powder turns to the next level. To do so, take advantage of Targhee’s “Knowledge Is Powder” Off Trail Camp. The camps include three days of coaching, video analysis, social events, lift tickets, cat skiing, and more.

There’s two options when it comes to the “Knowledge Is Powder” Off Trail Camps. The first option, an All-Mountain Camp, includes 3 days of instructional skiing on the mountain. The second option, an All Mountain plus Snowcat Camp, includes 3 days of instructional skiing on the mountain. where the third day is spent cat skiing. Whichever you choose, be prepared to kick start your off-piste skiing or riding.
