Fischer Skis US, the U.S. distributor of Uvex goggles and helmets is aiding medical relief efforts in the COVID-19 fight by donating 1,000 pairs of the brand’s goggles to the organization ‘Goggles for Docs’. Recognizing the shortage in medical personal protective equipment Fischer feels a duty to do their part and help those on the front lines where they can.

“Personal Protective Equipment is of utmost importance,” says one medical worker whose hospital has received goggles. “I have been amazed by the response.”

Goggles for Docs is an “effort to get used or new ski goggles into the hands of healthcare workers who currently have no eye protection as they treat COVID-19 patients.” The organization is currently operating in 15 states.
