Grouse Mountain Resort Reopens After May Snow Storm Pounds The Area

Earlier this week, Grouse Mountain Resort received over a foot of fresh snow and that allowed them to reopen some terrain. The snow looks like it is going to stick around for a while, which will allow for some weekend turns at Grouse.

Good news for all you skiers and riders out there, we’ve had 32cm of new snow in the last 24 hours!! Our Downhill area will be open via the Screaming Eagle Express starting at noon. Blue Grouse Loop is available for snowshoeing today but the rest of our snowshoe trails will remain on Standby as snow stability assessments are conducted.
