* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow occurring. Travel will be very difficult to impossible. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 feet
are expected in the most persistent lake snows across the Tug
Hill region of Oswego, Jefferson, and Lewis Counties, with
lesser amounts elsewhere.
* WHERE...Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Jefferson, and Lewis counties.
