The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning and Winter Weather Advisory for Colorado. They are in effect Today – Thursday Morning. Temperatures are expected to drop substantially, which will turn precipitation from rain to snow. If you’re looking for some may powder turns, you’re going to want to head to Colorado on Thursday.

Up To 20″ In The Winter Storm Region & Up To 15″ In The Winter Weather Advisory Region.

There are currently 3 ski resorts open in Colorado including: Winter Park Resort, Loveland Resort, and Arapahoe Basin.

The Winter Advisories are in effect for areas above 9,000ft, but accumulating snowfall is forecasted to occur above 7,500ft.
