Winds gusts over 100-mph forced the closure of several Colorado ski resorts yesterday.
Due to high winds, Loveland Ski Area will not open today, Tuesday, April 5.

Loveland, Monarch, and Echo Mountain didn’t open at all, and Vail, Steamboat, and Arapahoe Basin all had lifts closed due to the winds.
All mountains are expected to open as normal today.
