Indy Pass Halts Sales After 9 Days of Unprecedented Demand to Prioritize Guest Experience

After experiencing record sales, new passes will be taken off sale to preserve the experience for guests and partner resorts.

The Indy Pass announced yesterday that pass sales for the 23/24 season will end on Monday, April 10, at midnight. A limited number of passes may be released this fall after evaluating capacity with resort partners for the upcoming season.

In prior years, Indy Passes have sold through mid-winter. However, record 22/23 pass sales,  23/24 renewals, and unprecedented new passholders for the upcoming season have made this cutoff necessary.

“To preserve the independent and uncrowded skiing experience we all know and love, we are pumping the brakes on pass sales. During the off-season, we will work with our partner resorts to assess their peak-day capacity while we strive to expand our overall capacity by signing new resorts.”

– Doug Fish, Founder

– Dave Tragethon, Mt Hood Meadows marketing director

Returning Cross-country and Allied Resort partners will be announced in May.
