Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, WY began selling their lift tickets online for the upcoming season yesterday. Availability is based on capacity limits, and the number of tickets available for purchase each day is calculated to enable sufficient physical distancing in the base area, buildings, and facilities.

Once you enter the online store, there might be a queue that will display your place in line and your estimated wait time. Thank you for your patience.

Demand was obviously high, as wait times exceeded 30-mins.

Guests are incentivized to purchase online before their visit and will receive a 10% discount with advanced purchases made outside 14 days or more and a 5% discount for purchases made within 7-14 days. Advanced purchasing also allows pre-arrival fulfillment, mailing, and lodge delivery with the added convenience of direct-to-lift access. Same-day window and online ticket sales will be offered based on availability. If capacity limits are met for a specific day, tickets will no longer be available for purchase. To keep everyone safe, all-day tickets will be associated with an individual to allow for contact tracing in the event of COVID-19 exposure using their radio frequency identification (RFID) lift ticket system.

The resort will not be requesting passholders to make reservations and will be using day ticket availability to manage the skiers on the mountain. To aid in this, the resort suspended the sale of season passes in early September.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort plans on opening for the season on 26th November 2020.
