Jackson Hole, WY to Add 3,000-Feet Vertical with Opening of Bridger Gondola and Thunder Lift this Saturday

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, WY announced yesterday that Bridger Gondola and Thunder Lift will open this Saturday, December 1st.

With the 4th highest snowfall of the season so far thanks to 88” of snow, and ideal conditions for snowmaking, the opening of these lifts will add over 3,000-feet of vertical terrain, and with more snow on the way December is shaping up to be a great month.

“We are thrilled to open new lifts and get more terrain open to the public offering a great experience for our guests,” states Bill Lewkowitz, Business Development Director. “We have received great snowfall and the forecast looks good for the upcoming week.”

These new lift openings join the already robust lineup of: Teton, Casper, Après Vous, Teewinot, Sweetwater Gondola. In addition, dining at Off Piste Market at the top of the Bridger Gondola opens on Saturday.
