Keystone Resort, CO intends to open for the season tomorrow, pending Government approval of their operating plan.

As we finalize the details of our winter operating plan with government officials, we are delaying the launch of our reservation system – previously announced for tomorrow morning, Nov 4. We still intend to open for the season on Friday, Nov 6, pending government approval. We will open reservations as soon as possible. We will provide an update once Pass Holders are able to make their reservations for Keystone’s Opening Week Nov 6-13.
The state of Colorado issued official guidelines mid-October for ski resorts operating this season amid the Covid-19 pandemic, and every ski resort is required to produce their own Covid-19 safety plan in conjunction with the local public health agency, which must be approved by the state before the ski season begins. Arapahoe Basin announced on 24th October that their plan had received government approval.
For the first time in almost 30-years, the Colorado Front Range did not have a ski resort open in October.
