Kicking Horse is legit.

Kicking Horse is steep.

Kicking Horse is long… 4,300-vertical-feet long.

We rolled into Kicking Horse ski resort, BC late last night without a clue.

When we arrived at Kicking Horse this morning, we saw that it had snowed 20cms overnight.

Excellent!

I know KH a bit from spending 2 months here in 2018 and we went straight after a few of the lines I love.

Right under the gondola to start was $$$$.

Then over to some chutes that drop into Feuz Bowl.

Those Feuz Bowl lines were truly sweet.

The chutes are steep and techy, then the aprons were full of deep sluff, and the run outs were deep fresh snow.

We had an absolute ball out there.

We only skied 4-hours, but that was more than enough to burn our legs out.

At the end of the last 4,000-vertical-foot run, our legs were screaming.

Tomorrow we are off to the Meadow Hut of Golden Alpine Holidays and we couldn’t be more fired up.

We skied this chute and it was good and the apron was waist deep… image: snowbrains

The snow is deep up here in BC right now.

Real deep.
